Non fault car accident and need your vehicle repaired?
If your vehicle is damage in a non fault road traffic accident we are here to help.
We provide a no cost alternative route to claiming with your insurance company, you also have no excess to pay and will receive a like for like courtesy car if required.
We arrange full vehicle repair services throughout the UK. Vehicle repairs can be carried out at a garage of you choice, or by one of our network of selected manufacturer approved vehicle repair centres.
All works are completed with a standard 2 year guarantee. We recommend that vehicle repairs should always be completed at manufacturer approved centres to ensure that your vehicle’s warranties and guaranties are preserved. Should your vehicle financed or leased you may find this is a condition of your agreement.
The Vehicle Repair Claim Process
We arrange a vehicle inspections with 48 hours or our instruction or at your convenience to access your vehicles damage. Once the report is produced detailing the nature of the repairs required, the report is agreed with your chosen repair centre. A repair authority is then granted for the repairs to commence.
On the day of the vehicle repair we deliver a like for like courtesy hire vehicle directly to you or the repair centre. If your vehicle was no road worthy a courtesy vehicle is arranged immediately. You keep the courtesy vehicle until such time your own vehicle is fully repaired and returned to you.
All service costs are recovered from the at fault drivers insurer company at standard insurance agreed rates so there is nothing for you to pay.

Costs are usually claimed at standard insurances rate from the at fault drivers insurance company. This avoids the need to claim against your own insurance policy and and gives you full control over your vehicle claim.
You do not always have to claim with your own insurance company in the accident was not your fault. It can often be more efficient to claim directly from the at fault drives insurance company. We act quickly and efficiently to assess your vehicle and arrange the repairs at a garage of your choice.
If the accident was not your fault and the at fault driver is correctly insured there is no need to pay your excess. We claim direct from the the at fault drivers insurance company.
We provide you with a like for like courtesy vehicle whilst your own vehicle is off the road due to the accident damage. The vehicle will be of the same size, standard and specification to your own vehicle.
Usually our vehicle will be inspected and repair authority is given with 5 days. Your vehicle will be booked into the repair centre of your choice to commence the repairs. You will keep the courtesy vehicle for the entire period your vehicle is off the road.
